Regular fee: 430 EUR
Reduced fee: 290 EUR
Virtual offline participant fee: 100 EUR
Accompanying person fee: 160 EUR

NB:No refunds can be made in case of cancellation. However, it is possible to change the names of participants within the number of paid fees.

Regular fee includes:
• Admission to RAD 2023 Conference
• Certificate of Participation
• Publication of an abstract in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version) - each abstract has its own DOI number
• Oral or poster presentation at the Conference session
• Conference kit
• Coffee breaks between the sessions
• Three Cocktails
• Conference Gala Dinner
• Boat Excursion - Boka Kotorska Fjord Cruise (including visit to city of Kotor, dinner and cocktail)

Reduced fee - The reduced Conference fee might be available in a limited number for participants from some Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia), some Eastern Europe countries (Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine), some former Soviet Union countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan), and some third world countries, as well as for students, if they file a request to the Conference Chairman at email: info@rad-conference.org until April 30, 2023. The reduced registration fee is not automatically approved, but may be approved by the Conference Chairman upon request and includes the same items as the regular registration fee.

Virtual offline participant fee - This fee is available to participants who are not able to come to the Conference, and it includes the Certificate of Participation (electronic version), publication of an abstract with DOI number in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version) and possibility to send a presentation that will be posted on the Conference website as a part of the Virtual Offline Session. There are no live virtual sessions.

Accompanying person fee - The Conference fee for an accompanying person includes the admission to all Conference social events (Conference Dinner, Cocktails, and Excursion). This fee is intended for spouses, children, friends and relatives of the attending participants who do not have any connection to the conference sessions. Neither the Conference kit, refreshments, the allowance to the sessions nor the Certificate of Participation will be provided.

Conference Fee Payment

The Conference fee can be paid at the Conference desk or in advance by bank transfer (the amount is the same). All bank charges for the money transfer services must be paid by the participants. Please note that after June 5, 2023, it is only possible to pay the Conference fee at the Conference desk. It is not possible to pay with credit cards.

Manuscript publications

The manuscripts for RAD 2023 Conference Proceedings, which has its own DOI number and is indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), can be sent from 1 August to 31 October 2023, on email address: office@rad-proceedings.org, containing a maximum length of 6 pages (the template will be available in the due time).

RAD Conference Proceedings has no Article Submission Charge (ASC), but has an Article Processing Charge (APC) in the amount of 300 EUR. The APC is a fee charged per paper to cover the article processing expenses and to allow unrestricted access to the full version of the article, immediately upon publication. If the manuscript is accepted, a payment of APC is required.
